The Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Study Program at UIGM prepares you to become a competent expert in creating safe and healthy work environments. Established in 2018, this program teaches practical skills in hazard identification, risk assessment, and accident control, with a technology-driven and industry-focused approach. Our experienced faculty members, both academic and industry practitioners, will guide you in mastering high-standard safety systems. Graduates of the OHS Program at UIGM are ready to face challenges across various industrial sectors and contribute to fostering a safe and sustainable work culture, both nationally and internationally.
To produce young planners who are outstanding, professional, and integrity-driven in their knowledge and application of technology in the field of regional and urban planning, capable of filling existing job opportunities and creating new ones.
- To provide education that produces applied bachelor’s degree (D4) graduates who are strong in character, integrity, and high-quality expertise in the field of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS).

Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Expert
This competency equips students with the skills to provide guidance and supervision of OHS practices in the workplace.
Workplace Health and Safety Specialist
This competency prepares students to develop Industrial Hygiene programs, anticipate, recognize, evaluate, and control workplace hazards, as well as identify health risks related to work.
Construction Safety Expert
This competency enables students to plan, implement, and evaluate Construction Safety Management Systems in construction projects.
In the vocational education (D4) program, teaching is conducted with 60% practical learning and 40% theoretical learning. D4 OHS students will undertake fieldwork (internships) directly in various industries. The program emphasizes applied learning to prepare graduates with the skills necessary to implement OHS management systems in the workplace.
