Universitas Indo Global Mandiri reaches the first ranked Private University in South Sumatra and 7th ranked Private University in Indonesia based on Impact Rankings 2023

Universitas Indo Global Mandiri’s (IGM) progress in education is rising and proven.
Times Higher Education (THE) released a list of the best universities in the world in 2023 based on their performance in reaching the Sustainable Development Goals.
There are 1,591 universities from 112 countries in this year’s THE Impact Rankings, both public and private. THE Impact Rankings is the only global performance table that assesses universities against the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The rating of university performance uses the indicator areas of research, service delivery, outreach and teaching in support of the 17 SDGs.
The position of the best private university in Indonesia, by THE Impact Rankings, was earned by Telkom University. Universitas Indo Global Mandiri (IGM), under the Indo Global Mandiri Foundation, has been ranked 7th nationally. It proves that Universitas IGM is the first ranked private university in South Sumatera.
The Rector of Universitas Indo Global Mandiri, Dr H Marzuki Alie, expressed his gratitude for the achievements earned by Universitas IGM. It shows that Universitas IGM is serious and focused on developing education quality in Indonesia. Also, alums who have completed their studies will be a benchmark if Universitas IGM produces people with qualified capabilities based on their fields.
