Ms Hilda is a certified lecturer with Management competencies. She has intensed about marketing management and business. She has achievements as outstanding students and lecturers. She was an assistant lecturer at IPB (1994), has experienced from several contractor and business companies. She had experienced as a lecturer at UBD (2001) before has joining at UIGM since 2005. She has succeeded in obtaining some research and community service grants from the Ministry of Education and Culture, Research, Technology as a form of recognition of her competence to carry out the Tridarma of Higher Education. She is a Deputy Coordinator of Economic and SME Deputy Regeneration and Education Coordinator of DPP PDRI. She is also an active reviewer of several international and national journals. From 2000 until now she is an Director and Commissioner of two entrerprises.
