Risqo Wahid is a marketing lecturer in the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Indo Global Mandiri, Indonesia and also Doctoral Researcher in School of Business and Economics, University of Jyväskylä, Finland. His research foci revolve around content marketing, social media marketing, and social media ads. He has published in several leading marketing journals including Journal of International Marketing and Journal of Global Marketing. Risqo has also been active in presenting his studies in premier business and marketing conferences such as the International Conference on Information Systems (Copenhagen, Denmark), EuroMed Academy of Business Conference (Palermo, Italy), ENTER Conference (Johannesburg, South Africa), Finnish Academy of Marketing Annual Conference (Helsinki, Finland), and American Marketing Association Global Marketing Conference (Santiago, Chile). Risqo also has received an excellent award as “Finland Doctoral Fellowship” in Finland. In total, Risqo has obtained more than €250,000 grants, scholarship, and funding from institutions in the UK, Indonesia, Finland, and the US. Outside the academia, Risqo holds the Professional Certified Marketer (Content Marketing) from the American Marketing Association, and he works as a behavioural scientist and consultant to help businesses use social media as their marketing tools.
